**Are we a Significant Data Fiduciary?**
We help you determine SDF status and, if applicable, stand up the additional obligations like a DPO, DPIAs and independent audits.

**Is there a DPDP certificate, like ISO 27001?**
No - unlike ISO 27001, the DPDP Act has no independent certification scheme. Readiness is demonstrated through documented compliance and, for Significant Data Fiduciaries, an independent data audit, which this engagement prepares you for.
